I would have liked on the other hand: -that we can choose a time slot for delivery as is the case for other competitors -that we are shown the bouquet ready to go through a photo -that I was explained more precisely what the paper packaging was (which I chose, thinking it was kraft paper, but it was a simple white paper, like the one that wraps the baguettes, so not great for a gift). The best would have been to put photos on the site with the different packaging so that we can better understand.
